Stephen Pullin

Executive Producer / Show Runner

BIO

Stephen Pullin co-created, produced and directed the iconic hit franchise and grassroots cultural phenomenon, “PINKS: LOSE THE RACE, LOSE YOUR RIDE!” on Speed Channel from 2004 to the present. He also co-created and produced two spin off series “PINKS ALL OUT TAKES” and “PINKS ALL OUT” for a total of 129 episodes. Episode One of “PINKS ALL OUT” was the highest rated hour in the history of the network and the franchise consistently rates high in re-runs. The series is currently on indefinite hiatus. The live events he created brought upwards of 30,000 fans to venues across the country, breaking attendance records and attracting the attention of the NHRA. In an exclusive partnership deal with the NHRA, Pullin currently owns the rights to three media properties he created: “Who Wants To Be A Race Car Driver”- a web series property, “NHRA Unleashed”- an eight event racing series and “Zero-To-Hero”- a half hour series of racer profiles. He has a solid reputation as a powerful visual storyteller who will rise to any editorial or production challenge put in front of him.

A native of Australia (Dual AU/US Citizenship) and world class athlete, Pullin came to America on a four-year full track scholarship to the University of Texas. After Film School, he began his career working on original Australian productions such as "The Sullivans" (96 eps.), "Bluey" (26 eps.) and "The Screening Room" (13 eps.). In Austin, he made numerous music videos with bands including Asleep At The Wheel, Carole King and Stevie Ray Vaughan. He created and produced a network special, "One To One with Carole King.” He created and produced "Hollywood Gets MADD with Siskel & Ebert,” a branded entertainment/fund raising program sponsored by General Motors. From 1992 until 2000 he focused on Internet and software entrepreneurial opportunities, and then developed branded entertainment projects with The Phelps Group, an integrated marketing communications agency in Santa Monica. He is credited with more than 500 corporate films, webisodes and infomercials.
